We've managed to overwhelm the plant for two weeks in a row not becuase we're that good. It's more they are having a hard time on thier end. That being said i've caught 3900 lb in a month and lost 25lb of belly and trying to embrace dad's competative nature (its not about beating some one its about being your best?) anyhow it's going well at this end. I'm wanting to visit dad's resting place anyone been there yet? It sure felt wrong not seeing him laid to rest. The hole dust to dust ashes to ashes thing. If anyone has a photo of his head stone please post it.
ps thats not a harpoon its a "took", a tool to chip ice around a hole .

Good Stuff Adem! or Skookem (Skookum?) as we would say in Nome. That must be Awesome to be out there in this fine spring weather with the biggest blue sky above you and that fresh cold air filling your lungs. Just today I saw a funeral scene on the TV. the people gathered round the grave as the casket was lowered and I thought the same thing.
As of last week, the headstone was not in place yet. They told Becky it would take 6-8 weeks, but they are running behind. I had planned to go out once it was in place and take a picture to send to all of you. Becky went out there not long after the funeral and said that "he wasn't there." But, I understand the need to have to see it or be there for yourself. I'll email the picture to everyone once I have it. I don't think it is something I want to post on the blog.
